When you sign up for a free trial we will send you a user name and password within 24 hours to access your Trial Account through the User Login Panel.

After the 30 day period access through the Login Panel will automatically be denied. You will receive a warning which will give you plenty of time to sign up for your termly account which will start from the day after you convert from a trial account. Any templates, messages or recipient data created in your trial account will be available when you convert*. Charges for the period will be proportioned accordingly. The service runs 24 hours a day 365 days a year but the school will only be required to pay three termly fees. So you can keep in touch with parents over the holidays if necessary.

All Trial account information will be deleted from our servers 60 days after the end of the 30 day trial period if not converted to a Full Account.
